摘  要:阐述了深槽式单相直线感应电机的结构特点和运行原理,提出了场路结合的分析模型(其中用有限元方法分析铁心叠厚范围内的磁场分布,用电路来等效初级绕组端部)。该模型包含多个电机初级和一个电机次级,既能计算电机堵动时的气隙磁场、推力、电容电压、次级的涡流功率等稳态特性,也能计算电机起动时的电流、速度、推力等动态特性;另外还可以分析电机结构参数与电容容量对电机性能的影响。分析结果表明,该电机具有起动电流小、电容电压大等特点。样机实验结果与分析结果相一致,表明了该分析模型的有效性。This paper explained the structure features and operation principle of the deep-slot single phase linear induction motor, and proposed the analysis model based on the field-circuit combined method. It used the finite element method (FEM) to analyze the magnetic distribution within the effective width of primary lamination and the circuit method to simulate the end of primary winding. This model included primaries of multi-motors and secondary of one motor, which can calculate both the steady performances such as the airgap magnetic field, thrust, capacitor voltage, secondary eddy-current power, etc at the motor locked condition and the dynamic performance such as current, velocity, thrust, etc at the motor starting condition. In addition, the effect of the structure parameter and capacitor capacity on motor performance can be investigated. The analysis results show that the starting current is low and the capacitor capacity is much high. Due to the experimental results of the prototype were coincidence with the analysis results, the effectiveness of this proposed model was proved.
