摘　　要：本文旨在记录一个为"现代国际广播体系"提供多媒体全业务综合服务的新技术系统的设计、建设和运行过程,从而探讨广播影视系统多媒体全业务技术服务的实现。As a national institution of international publicity, in addition to media forms such as traditional radio, television, web site, newspaper and publication, CRI also has broadcasting permission for many types of new media, and is one of the several broadcasters with all-media broadcasting permission. Therefore, it becomes a direction for CRI to build a modern, international and integrated dissemination system which depends on wireless broadcasting, online broadcasting, new media evolution and multimedia diffusion. This paper introduces the plan, design, construction and operation process of developing the target, and discusses the application of multimedia full- business technical service for radio, film and television system.
