摘　　要：本文论述了单片机ATMEGA128在重离子加速器注入器(SFC)数字电源测控系统中的应用。Atmega128在本系统中不仅发挥了高速的数据处理功能,而且还结合网关与以太网进行网络通信,实现了系统远程控制,使系统更加的方便、灵活、稳定。This paper introduces the application of Atmega128 MCU in injector SFC （Sector Focusing Cyclotron） of heavy ion research facility in Lanzhou digital power control system.Atmega128 MCU not only can complete the function of high-speed data processing, but also can communicate with Ethernet network combining gateway RTL8019S to realize the remote control function .It can make the system more convenient ,flexible and steady.
