摘　　要：为了使电网调度中心管理人员快速掌握电网故障发生时的情况以及继电保护动作行为,以便能够及时分析、处理电网事故,保障电网的安全运行,设计了一种对使用IEC 870-5-101规约的通信设备进行测试分析的软件。利用该软件对设备进行现场测试,并通过对测试形成的报文进行分析,得到通信故障的原因及设备当时的运行状态,从而实现对使用本规约的通信设备间的互换和互操作的监控,达到提高工作效率的目的。In order to enable the managers in power dispatching center to grasp the power grid quickly when faults happened and the action of relay protection, so that the power grid accident can timely be analyzed in order to protect the safe operation of power grids. Software has been designed to carry out test and analysis communications equipment use oflEC 870-5-101 protocol. Using the software to carry out field testing of equipment, and through the formation of the test results by the analysis of packet, the reasons for communication failures as well as equipment operation status at that time can be got, accordingly. IEC 870-5-101 implementation of the statute on the use of communications equipment between the exchange and interoperability of the monitoring is also proposed for the purpose of improving job efficiency.
