摘　　要：INMARSAT—C电传业务是保证远航舰艇远距离通信的重要途径。文章结合几次舰艇远航通信的实践,针对INMARSAT—C电传业务启用试验、LOG—IN(洋区登记)与LOG—OUT(退出洋区登记)需要注意的问题进行了探讨,在舰艇C站的普通与遇险电传通信过程中,分析了遵守国际通信业务的重要性,为舰艇远航通信节约通信费用、提高告警成功率和通信能力提供了有价值的参考。The INMARSAT--C telex service is guaranteed that important way of the long--distance voyage naval ves sel remote communication. It be tied correspondence practice of several time naval vessel long voyages. It is aim at the IN- MARSAT-- C telex service starting using an test , the problem of paying attention is LOC,-- IN （ocean area register） and LOG OUT （remove from ocean area register） in progress discuss, telex communication process of by in naval ships C station average with danger, which have analysed the significance observing international communication business. The aspect such as saving the cost communicating by letter , valuable reference is provided to improve success rate and communication ability reporting an emergency communicating by letter for naval vessels of on a long voyage.
