摘 要:有限能量供电的无刷直流电机驱动系统中,为了实现逆变器的高频、高效和提高可靠性,提出了一种无刷直流电机驱动系统专用的谐振极软开关电压源逆变器。通过在传统硬开关逆变器三个输出端和直流母线之间添加辅助谐振单元,实现了逆变桥主开关器件的软开关动作。谐振控制开关零电流开关条件开通,零电压开关条件关断。对提出的新型谐振极逆变器进行了数学分析和仿真研究,仿真结果验证了电路结构和理论分析的正确性与可行性。To achieve high efficiency and the high frequency and improve reliability in Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) system with limited energy, a novel Resonant Pole Voltage-Source-Inverter (VSI) was proposed for BLDCM, which has advantages of Resonant Pole Inverter (RPI) and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Soft switching operation of switch devices in inverter was realized by adding auxiliary resonant unit from three output ends to DC link. Auxiliary resonant switch was turned on under Zero Current Switching (ZCS) and turned off under Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS). Resonant time is short and resonance only uses an inductor, so resonant unit consumes little power. Mathematic analysis and simulation was performed for novel inverter, and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
