摘　　要：武器装备体系通过提供相应的能力来支持其使命任务的完成,对能力的度量是武器装备体系效能分析的一个难点。在对武器装备体系使命、任务和能力关系描述的基础上,构建了武器装备体系作战任务-能力概念格,给出了武器装备体系能力缩减和核心能力集的定义,分析了武器装备体系的能力缩减问题,给出了能力支持武器装备体系使命的重要度计算方法。从而比较全面的分析了武器装备体系的使命、任务和能力之间的结构关系和映射关系。The accomplishment of the mission and task need the capability of the weapon system of system （WSoS）. The capability measurement is a difficult point in WsoS efficiency analysis. After describing the relation among the misson, task and capability of WsoS, the task-capability concept lattice was proposed, and the definition of capability reduction and core capability was given. Then the capability reduction of capability was analyzed and the method of evaluating the importance that the capability sustains the mission and task of WsoS was given. The structural relation and mapping relation among the mission, task and capability of WsoS have a comparatively overall analysis.
