脑心通片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：建立脑心通片的质量标准.采用TLC法对处方中的丹参、黄芪、红花、当归、川芎、牛膝进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定了芍药苷的含量.在TLC图谱中可检出丹参、黄芪、红花、当归、川芎、牛膝药材的特征斑点;芍药苷在0.160-0.800μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.08%.所采用方法准确、可靠,可行性及重现性良好,可有效控制该制剂的质量.To establish quality standard of Naoxintong tablets. Salvia mihiorrhiza, astragalus mebranaceus, carthamus tinctorius, angelica sinensis, ligusticum chuanxiong, achyranthes bidentata in this prescription are identified by TLC, and the content of paeoniflorin is determined by HPLC. Salvia mihiorrhiza, astragalus mebranaceus, carthamus tinctorius, angelica sinensis, ligusticum chuanxiong, achyranthes bidentata are determined by TLC. Paeoniflorin shows a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 160 -0. 800μg,r =0. 999 8. The average recovery is 98.5% ,The RSD of measurement precision test is 1.08%. This method is accurate, reliable and available with a good repeatability. And it can be used to control the quality of this prescription effectively.
