摘 要:采用正交试验设计,此文研究了膨化饲料在真空喷涂试验条件下,喷涂液体植酸酶水溶液后的喷涂均匀度、植酸酶水中溶失率。结果表明:①喷涂均匀度最优的工艺参数是:混合时间5min、液体添加量120mL、真空度0.040MPa、释压时间30s;②植酸酶在水中最小溶失率的工艺参数是:混合时间5min、液体添加量130mL、真空度0.036MPa、释压时间90s。最后通过比较在两个最优参数组合条件下的喷涂均匀度和水中溶失率,确定膨化饲料真空后喷涂中添加液体植酸酶水溶液的最优工艺参数是:混合时间5min、液体添加量130mL、真空度0.036MPa、释压时间90s。此条件下的喷涂均匀度变异系数是6.74%、水中溶失率是17.67%。Through the orthogonal design, the spraying uniformity and the lost rate of phytase in water after the vacuum infusion of liquid phytase water solution on the extruded pellets were studied, The results showed that: ① The optimal parameters of spraying uniformity were as follows: the mixing time 5 min, the amounts of liquid added 120mL, the vacuum pressure 0.040 MPa, the release time 30s; ②the optimal parameters of the lost rate of phytase in water were as follows: the mixing time 5 min, the amounts of liquid added 130mL, the vacuum pressure 0.036 MPa, the release time 90s. Through the comparison of the spraying uniformity and the lost rate of phytase under two optimum parameters, the results indicated the optimal parameters of spraying liquid phytase water solution vacuum infusion for extruded feed were as follows: the mixing time 5 min, the amounts of liquid added 130mL, the vacuum pressure 0.036 MPa, the release time 90s.Under these conditions the spraying uniformity was 6.74% and the lost rate of phytase in water was 17.67%.
