摘　　要：本文通过介绍公务卡的基本概念，分析了预算单位推行公务卡消费制度的重要意义，对公务卡实行过程中存在的问题，提出了相关建议。In this paper, hy introducing the basic concepts of public service card, an analysis of the implementation of the budget unit of the public service card system the importance of consumption of the implementation of the course of official business card problems, put forward recommendations.
