摘　　要：艾滋病的预防控制是由政府牵头，多部门合作的一项综合性防制工作。艾滋病预防控制工作需要大量的经费投入，而如何提高投资效益和体现投资效益，需要建立预防控制艾滋病投入经费模型框架，按照框架模型，各省级行政制定本区域预防控制艾滋病工作任务目标的明细经费标准，据此投入经费和考核完成防制工作任务量化情况。AIDS anticipatory control is by the government coordination, a multi-department cooperation comprehensive nature guards against the system work. AIDS anticipatory control job requirement massive funds investment,but how enhances the invest-ment benefit and manifests the investment benefit, needs to establish the anticipatory control AIDS to invest the funds model frame, according to the frame model, various provincial levels administration formulates this region anticipatory control AIDS work duty goal detailed funds standard, according to the above the investment funds and the inspection complete guard against the system work dutv Quantification situation.
