摘　　要：目的探讨用股骨近端解剖钢板固定老年股骨转子间骨折的方法和疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院老年股骨转子间骨折52例，采用股骨近端解剖钢板固定，对有骨质疏松骨缺损者术中植骨11例，全部进行随访，随访时间6个月至3年。结果51例在3—6个月时获得骨性愈合，内固定未见松动、脱落、断裂。髋内翻1例，畸形愈合。结论股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗老年转子间骨折具有操作简便、创伤小、固定可靠等优点，是一种值得推广的方法。Objective To summarize the results of fixation of intertrochanteric fracture in Elderly patients with proximal femur anatomic plate. Methods From July 2004 to January 2008, 52 cases suffered from intertrochanteric fracture were included in this study. There were 22 males and 30 females with a mean age of 70 years old. 38 cases had complications. All cases were followed up from 6 month to 3 year with average 18 months. Results All cases gained bone union from 3 - 6 month and the cinch, desquamate and breakage of internal fixation were not observed. Slight coxa adducta appeared in 1 case. Conclusion The proximal femur anatomic plate has the merit of handling easily, less trauma and reliable fixation. It is worth being extended in fixation of intertrochanteric fracture.
