康复护理干预对脑卒中患者吞咽和肢体功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理干预对脑卒中患者吞咽和肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将126例脑卒中患者随机分成康复组（69例）和对照组（57例），对照组采用神经内科常规治疔及护理；康复组在此基础上采取肢体功能和吞咽功能的训练，并分别观察两组患者吞咽及肢体功能恢复状态。结果康复组总有效率81．2％，与对照组49．1％比较有显著差异（P〈0．01），肢体运动功能比较，康复组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论早期给予康复护理可明显改善脑卒中患者吞咽和肢体功能的恢复，提高患者生活质量。Objective To discuss the influence of the interventional rehabilitation nursing on swallowing and limb functional recover of stroke patients. Methods 126 cases were divided into two groups randomly, with 69 cases in the rehabilitation group and 57 cases in the control group. The control group was nursed by the normal nursing of neurology department, meanwhile the rehabilitation group was nursed by training of extremity motor function and swallowing function besides the normal nursing. The recovery in two groups were observed separately. Results Compared with the 49. 1% of the control group, the rate of availability of the rehabilitation group was 81.2 %. The difference was obvious （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And after comparing the extremity motor function, the rehabilitation group was much better than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion In the early time, the rehabilitation nursing can help to improve the recovery of the sufferers of cerebral apoplexy obviously and improve their life quality.
