摘　　要：面对当前高校学生价值观的多样化和复杂性现状，急需用社会主义核心价值体系来加以正确引导，然而，受教育者对一种政治理论由认知到认同再到自觉的意志行为是需要一个过程的，在这一过程中，起桥梁作用的是人文关怀。即要以多样的活泼的人文色彩方式，对受教育者潜移默化的、循序渐进地施加影响，用浓郁的人情味、强烈的亲和力拉近与学生的距离，让学生真正实现从情感上的接纳到理论上的认同，这种以人文关怀为着力点所进行地社会主义核心价值体系的引导和教育会达到“润物细无声”的良好效果。Facing the current university student values diversification and the complex present situation,urgently need with the socialism core value system to perform the correct guidance,however, arrives the pedagogue to one political theory from the cognition to the approval the aware will behavior is again needs a process,in this process, gets up the bridge role is the humanities concern. Namely must by the diverse lively humanities color way, to receive the pedagogue to influence subtly, exerts the influence methodically,with the rich touch of humanity, the intense affinity pulls closer with student＇s distance, lets the student realize truly from the emotion admission to the theoretically approval, this kind carries on the socialism core value system guidance and the education can achieve ＂Run thin silent＂ the good effect take the humanities concern as the point of application.
