摘 要:介绍了一种全新的内燃机循环变动分析方法—基于循环内转速波动的分析方法,并给出了表征循环变动的指标。所设计的试验验证系统,采用光电轴角编码器和自行设计的40MHZ计数器进行瞬时转速的精确测量,发动机每转测量360点瞬时转速值,此外还设计了和转达测量完全同步的示功图测录系统。最后,针对四缸汽油机进行了台架试验,结果表明,循环内转速波动完全可以代替气缸内燃烧压力进行循环变动分析。A new method for engine cyclic variation analysis is presented inthis paper. This method is based on the inner cyclic speed fluctuations and givesthe targets of indicated cyclic variations. A optic electric angle encoder and self-designed 40MHz counter has been adopted in the testing system to preciselymeasure the instantaneous speed. 360 points for each engine cycle can be measured. A Indicated Diagram Measuring System, which is synchronous with engine speed measurement, is developed. the bench test has been done for fourcylinder gasoline engine. The results show that This method can replace themethod of in-cylinder combustion pressure analysis.
