摘　　要：雍正帝为了澄清吏治,政治清明,创立养廉银制度,该制度的实施在一定程度上确使吏治有所澄清,但随着时间的推移以失败告终。本文拟从养廉银制度形成、发展至失败及功过是非做一些初步的分析,力求为我们今天的廉政建设提供点滴有益的启示。emperor yongzheng has established sliver honesty system in the hope of the administration of official clarification and politics purification. After this system is put into effect, the administration of official is clarified to some extent. However, this system has failed with the elapse of time. the paper has made a preliminary analysis on the formation, development and failure of sliver honesty system, and that of merit and demerits as well as in order to provide a lot of useful enlightenment for our upright construction nowadays.
