摘 要:目的:研究藏药小叶毛球莸的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂法和色谱法提取分离化学成分,并用波谱方法鉴定化学成分结构。结果:从藏药小叶毛球莸中分离得到2个对映-贝壳杉烯型二萜类化合物:冬凌草甲素(1)和nodosin(2),并首次报道了该两个化合物在甲醇(CD3OD)中的1H和13C-NMR数据。结论:对映-贝壳杉烯型二萜类化合物为首次从莸属植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Caryopteris toroetii. Method: The crude drug was extracted with 95% EtOH and isolated by repeated chromatographic methods. The structures of the isolated compounds were eluci- dated on the basis of spectral analysis. Result: Two en-kaurene diterpenoid compounds : oridonin ( 1 ) and nodosin (2), were obtained from C. toroetii and their ^1H and ^13C-NMR data in CD3OD were reported for the first time. Conclusion: The en-kaurene diterpenoid compounds were obtained from genus Caryopteris for the first time.
