摘　　要：针对不容乐观的EBM网络资源利用现状,提出面向知识服务的EBM网络资源组织,介绍EBM知识服务的内涵,对EBM网络资源的知识挖掘、组织流程进行说明,结合现存的两个EBM元数据方案提出一个改良的EBM元数据方案,举出运用EBM网络资源组织从而提供知识服务的实例,旨在为充分利用EBM网络资源打下基础。Aiming at the unoptimistic status quo of the use of EBM network resources, this paper presents knowledge services oriented EBM network resources organization. The definition of EBM knowledge service, knowledge mining and organization flow of EBM network resources are introduced, in addition, a new EBM metadata schema is proposed by combining two exising EBM metadata schemas. Examples of providing knowledge service by using EBM network resources organization are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to set up a basis for fully utilizing EBM network resources.
