摘　　要：结合控制理论集相关信息技术于一体,把网络信息传播的技术控制作为一个完整的体系进行分析,并依据各种网络技术控制对象和特点的不同,构建出多种同构模式。在此基础上,着重探讨分散控制模式——学科信息门户的原理、意义、控制原则等,从管理学的角度重新审视学科信息门户,从而把它上升为一种控制模式进行研究,并对其在网络信息传播的技术控制中的作用和意义深入探讨。The paper analyzes the technical control of the network information communication as one system by integrating the control theory with the relevant information technology, and formes a structure with a variety of models according to various objects and charac- teristics controlled by different network technology. On the basis of the above, it focuses on the decentralized control portal for discipline information including its characteristic, composition and development. From the view of science of management, the paper not only deeply studies it as a control model, but also thoroughly discusses its functions and meanings in the network information communication. The paper successfully changes the unilateral view of technology to technology. Therefore it is helpful for professionals to understand the problem more deeply and to grasp the network information and the network communication control.
