高校行业性科技期刊实现良性运行的思考

摘　　要：分析了高校行业性科技期刊运行中存在的问题,对高校行业性科技期刊实现良性运行进行了思考,提出应加大组稿约稿力度;增强服务意识,提高编辑部工作效率;注重网站和数据库的建设;重视编辑队伍的建设;发挥高校校友会资源优势;加强与国内外数据库商的联系;成立期刊理事会等。Based on the analysis of the problems pertaining to good operation of professional scientific journals of universities,this paper puts forward that it is compulsory for editorial department to enlarge the range of choosing manuscripts,to enhance service awareness,to improve work efficiency,to construct website and data bank,to place emphasis on the training of editors,to give full play to alumna resources,to strengthen the link with overseas data bank firm,and to establish council,etc.
