摘　　要：湖南省通过4种模式试点,实施以控制传染源为主的综合防治血吸虫病策略,取得了明显效果。Through the implementation of model trials for 4 years, the comprehensive measure for schistosomiasis control with an emphasis on controlling the sources of infection in Hunan Province has obtained an obvious effect.
