摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔穿刺置管引流结合ENBD在非肝外胆道损伤性胆漏治疗中的疗中的应用价值。方法对2004年1月～2008年10月收治的9例非肝外胆道损伤性胆漏患者应用腹腔穿刺置管引流结合ENBD治疗过程进行回顾分析。结果9例病人均获痊愈。结论腹腔穿刺置管引流结合ENBD可作为非肝外胆道损伤性胆漏的首选治疗方法。[Objective] To explore the value of intraperitoneal percutaneous draigage and enoscopic naso-biliary drainage （ENBD） in the treatment of bile leakage caused by non-extrahepatic bile duct injury. [Method] The clinical data of 9 cases with bile leakage caused by non-extrahepatic bile duct injury from Jan 2004 to Oct 2008 were reviewed and analyed. [Result] All 9 eases were healed. [Conclusion] Intraperitoneal percutaneous draigage and ENBD can be the first choice in treatment of bile leakage caused by non-extrahepatic bile duct injury.
