肾衰宁胶囊联用雷米普利治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾衰宁胶囊联用雷米普利对慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择慢性肾功能衰竭患者100例，随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，对照组口服雷米普利5nagqd，治疗组在此基础上口服肾衰宁胶囊4粒tid。治疗3个月后观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状及实验室指标变化。结果两组患者治疗后BUN、SCr和尿蛋白较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），但治疗组改变较对照组更为明显（P〈0．05），治疗组患者临床症状缓解和临床疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论与单用雷米普利相比，肾衰宁胶囊联用雷米普利可以更加有效的改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的肾功能，缓解临床症状，延缓慢性肾衰的进展。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of combination of shenshuaining capsule and ramipril on patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The patients in control group were administered ramipril 5 mg per day on the basis of conventional treatment; the patients in treatment group were administered Shenshuaining capsule 4 pills/d, ramipril 5 mg per day on the basis of conventional treatment. The laboratory parameters and clinical therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Results Of the both groups, BUN, Scr and urine protein in patients with chronic renal failure were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the changes in treatment group were significant （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptomatic relief and therapeutic effects in treatment group were more significant than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Ramipril, combination of shenshuaining capsule and ramipril can improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure, relieve their clinical symptom, and delay the progression of renal failure.
