摘 要:根据传热学原理建立了金风62/1200kW型永磁同步风力发电机的二维稳态温度场数学模型,给出了求解域内的基本假设及相应的边界条件,以一对磁极为计算区域计算发电机定、转子温度场。计算出了发电机运行达到的最高温度以及所在的具体部位;并计算了由于铁心和绕组绝缘材料的导热系数提高对温度场的影响。计算结果与现场实测结果相接近,验证了计算方法的正确性。该结果为发电机设计、运行温度监控部门提供了参考数据,也可作为故障诊断的重要判据。According to the theory of heat transfer, the mathematic model of 2D steady state thermal field for Jinfeng 62/ 1200kW permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator was established, and hypothetical conditions and boundary of the solution region in the generator were presented. The thermal field about stator and rotor was calculated according to a pair of pole area. Through calculation, the highest temperature and certain place of generator and the effect that advance thermal conductivity of iron core and insulation on thermal field were found. The results meet the measured values very well, and validate the correctness of calculation. Distribution rule of generator thermal field is obtained and this will pro- vide dependable theory evidences for the design of generator and temperature inspection or failure diagnosis in department of generator running.
