摘 要:采用分别测定己糖和戊糖含量的方法对DNS比色法进行了改进。结果表明:采用改进DNS比色法测定玉米芯水解液中总糖含量的回收率在98.90%~100.81%,RSD=0.62%,可准确、快速、简便地测定玉米芯水解液中的混合总糖含量。The measuring precision of pentoses or hexoses by DNS method was well, but the measuring error of mixing total sugar of pentoses and hexoses was notable. Therefore, 3, 5-Dinitrosalicyclic acid method was modified by measuring of pentoses and hexoses respectively. The result showed the recollection rates of total sugar of corncob hydrolysate were in the range of 98.90% - 100.81%, the relative standard deviation was 0.62% and the precision in determination of mix- ing total sugar was raised obviously. So the method was accurate, fast and convenient and it was fit to determine total sugar in corncob hydrolysate in quantitation.
