摘  要:利用自制的热解反应炉,选取陕西汉中稻草为原料,以MnO_2、Al_2O_3、MgO这3种金属氧化物为催化剂,进行了一系列催化热解制备氢气的研究,并采用气相色谱对氢气进行分析。实验着重研究了不同催化剂以及不同催化剂添加量对氢气浓度和产量的影响。结果表明:添加0.1%的Al_2O_3、MgO、MnO_2作为催化剂,各个温度段的氢气产量均有不同程度的提高,催化活性为氧化镁>氧化铝>氧化锰,催化剂的添加量对于稻草热解产氢的浓度和产量也有直接影响。In order to study the impact of the catalysts on hydrogen production from rice straw, a series of catalytic pyrolysis were carried out on a laboratory scale fixed-bed reactor. The rice of Shaanxi Hanzhong was chosen as raw materials and MnO2, Al2O3, MgO were selected as catalysts in the experiment, and the pyrolysis hydrogen was analyzed using mete- orological chromatography. The effect of the different catalysts and catalyst dosages on the hydrogen density and hydrogen output were emphatically studied. The results show that adding 0.1% MnO2, A12 03, MgO as catalyst, the hydrogen output is enormously increased at each temperature, the catalytic activity is MgO 〉 Al2O3 〉 MnO2, and the catalyst dosage has direct effect on the hydrogen density and output.
