摘　　要：根据国家教委关于非计算机专业计算机基础教学工作的意见和教学指南，本文阐述了开设因特网课程的必要性．介绍了作者对因特网教学和上机内容的安排，并且结合作者的教学实践，围绕以上机操作为主要教学方式的问题，探讨了教学内容与教学方式的改革问题。The necessity of offering the Internet course is demonstrated and the arrangement of teaching and practicing in the course is discussed in this paper. Based on the suggestion and guidance on the teaching of computer science for non - major students given by the State Education Commission associated with the teaching experience of the author, the problem of reform of the content and the teaching methodology is discussed,taking practicing as the principal way of teaching.
