韩国农村建设经验及其对我国农村公路建设的启示

摘　　要：介绍了韩国农村建设的经验和成效,总结了我国应加强农村政策法制化建设、中央财政要发挥主导功能、运用市场机制引导全社会共同参与农村公路建设等农村公路建设的启示。The experiences and achievements of rural construction in Korea are introduced, whose enlightenments to the rural road construction in China including strengthening the legal construction of rural policies, exerting the central finance＇s leading functions, and guiding the whole society participate together the rural road construction by applying market mechanism are summarized.
