摘　　要：从辣椒生产、加工、市场销售和育种方面分析了我国辣椒产业发展的现状及面临的问题,并结合对国际辣椒产业发展总体趋势的分析,探讨了未来我国辣椒产业的发展趋势。The development situation and problems of pepper industry from the production, processing, marketing and breeding in China are analyzed. Combining with the analysis on the development trend of the international pepper industry, the development trend of pepper industry in the future in China is discussed.
