摘 要:针对40.5kV真空断路器分合闸运动特性对操动机构的要求,结合圆筒型直线感应电机(C-LIM)的性能优点,文章提出了应用于高压断路器的C-LIM操动机构。对断路器操动机构实现了整体结构简单化设计。结构具有无需传统操动机构依靠机械传动的连杆和锁扣等复杂零部件、操作噪声低、响应快速、能优化预定行程曲线、可控性高、易于与综合自动化监视系统的连接和提高状态监测范围等优点,适用于中高压断路器的操动机构。文章亦对C-LIM磁路分布及各种特性进行了有限元分析,验证了C-LIM设计的有效性,并完成了满足40.5kV真空断路器工作要求的国内首台C-LIM样机制作。According to the requirements on operating mechanism of movement characteristics during the opening and closing of 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker cylinder linear induction motor (C-LIM) operating mechanism, which has the advantages of its properties, is researched in this paper. C-LIM operating mechanism structure is simplify devised. The structure of C-LIM mechanism have no need of complex components such as link and locker of traditional mechanism, and also works with low operating noise, response quickly, optimized travel curve, and can be connect with surveillant system of comprehensive automation for improving state monitoring range, applies to middle and high voltage breaker mechanism, and affords a new developmental orientation for circuit breaker operating mechanism. Magnetic field and other some characteristics of (C-LIM)is analyzed using finite element method, and C-LIM design validity is proved and C-LIM model, which is the first one in domestic, is made satisfying requirements of circuit breaker.
