摘 要:在高精度直线伺服跟踪控制系统中,为使输出响应能完整地跟踪输入指令,不仅要求输出与输入之间的相位差为零,而且要求幅值一致,通常采用零相位误差跟踪控制器(ZPETC)作为前馈控制器,补偿相位误差。本文分析了零相位误差跟踪控制算法的工作原理,证明了其控制效果的无差性。仿真结果表明,系统具有更宽的输人频率带宽,更低的输人输出幅度和相位误差,输出信号可十分精确地跟踪正弦和随机输人信号。对于数控伺服系统及其它具有快速响应和高精度性能要求的系统,ZPETC具有很好的控制效果和广泛的应用前景。In high-precision linear servo tracking control system, in order to achieve that the output response track the input commands integrally, not only requiring that the output and input phase difference is zero, but also the same amplitude, we usually chose the zero phase error tracking controller (ZPETC) as a feed forward controller to compensate the phase error. This paper analyzes the principle of the algorithm of zero phase error tracking control, proved the control effectiveness of its no phase difference. MATLAB simulation results show that the system has a wider input frequency bandwidth, lower input output amplitude and phase error, and the output signal can be very precise tracking the sinusoidal and random input signal. As for the digital servo system for other systems which has fast response and need high precise performance, ZPETC has a good control effect and wide application prospect.
