摘  要:以多菌灵、硫磺原粉按照不同的比例进行混配,在室内对禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw)进行毒力测定。结果表明,不同比例混配的多硫混剂对禾谷镰孢菌菌丝生长速率有明显的抑制作用,各配比与单体多菌灵和硫磺相比有显著增效作用。在多菌灵和硫磺之比分别为12.5∶12.5、15∶10和10∶15的3种混剂中,对禾谷镰孢菌的共毒系数分别为118.2、106.5和98.2;3种混剂对禾谷镰孢菌的EC50值分别为3 749、3 565和5 389μg.L-1,单体多菌灵和单体硫磺的EC50值分别为2 415和26 800μg.L-1;试验证明,25%的多菌灵和硫磺混剂(12.5∶12.5)的共毒系数最大,增效最明显,为最佳配比。The toxicities of several mixtures, which were made by mixing up two original medicines (carbendazol, sulphur) according to different proportions, had been tested on Fusarium gramineaurm in the laboratory, respectively. The results show that each mixture of different proportions had inhibition effect to the growing hypha, and had notable synergistic effect compared with monomer carbendazol or sulphur. Among the three mixtures with the proportions of carbendazol to sulphur of 12.5 : 12.5, 15 : 10 and 10 : 15, the CTC values of each mixture to E graminearum were 118.2, 106.5 and 98.2, respectively. The EC50 values of each mixture to E graminearum were 3 749, 3 565 and 5 389μg.L-1, while that of mononer carbendazol was 2 415μg.L-1 and that of mononer sulphur was 26 800μg.L-1. Therefore, the researches suggest that the mixture with the proportion of carbendazol to surphur of 12.5 : 12.5 has maximum CTC value and the most notable synergistic effect to E graminearum.
