摘　　要：目的了解在30d喂养试验中不同受试方法引起SD大鼠生理指标的变化,建立实验室质量控制体系。方法采用自由饮水、蒸馏水灌胃、食用植物油灌胃3种方法,记录在30d喂养试验中SD大鼠的体重、进食量、脏体重、血液学及生化值,计算食物利用率、脏体比。结果经18份检品报告中的360只大鼠食用植物油灌胃比自由饮水动物周体重、周进食量、脏体湿重显著偏低,相应总增重、总进食量、总食物利用率显著偏低;血液学检测值雌、雄鼠各组间无差异;生化检测值差异大,雄鼠血糖显著偏低,雌、雄鼠甘油三酯显著偏高。蒸馏水灌胃与自由饮水组相比各生理生化值无差异。结论30d喂养试验中,3种不同受试方法可行,SD大鼠生理指标值波动范围较大,均在许可范围内。认为可作为实验室质量控制指标,为研制实验动物生理指标值提供科学依据。Object In order to find out the changes of physiological indices of SD rat in 30 days oral toxicity test which resulted from different treatment methods, and set up quality control system of laboratory. Method Three methods, inclu- ding drinking water freely and feeding either distilled water or vegetable oil via a stomach tube were used. Body weight, food-intake, visceral weight, and blood and biochemistry values were recorded, and the food utilization ratio and the ratio of visceral weight/body weight were calculated. Results The results of 18 reports from 360 rats showed that the weekly weights, weekly food-intake, and visceral green weight in the group with stomachic tube feedings of edible vegetable oil were significantly lower than those of the group of drinking water freely. So the total weight increment, total food-intake and total food utilization ratio were significantly lower correspondingly. There was no difference in blood values between groups of males and females. The difference in blood chemistry values was large. Blood sugar values in male rats were significantly lower and triglyceride levels in males and females were significantly higher. There was no difference between the values of blood and biochemistry in both stomachic tube feedings of distilled water and drinking water freely groups. Conclusion Three methods in 30 days oral toxicity test were feasible. The values of physiological and biochemistry of SD rat were fluctuant and the range was larger. And the values were receivable and were provided some scientific references for animal experiment.
