摘 要:以季戊四醇和醛(酮)为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了季戊四醇双缩醛(酮)化合物。探索了物料配比、催化剂种类及用量、带水剂等反应条件对产率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:物料配比n(季戊四醇)∶n(醛或酮)为1.0∶2.2,催化剂为对甲苯磺酸,用量为0.4 g,带水剂为苯,用量30 mL。在最佳工艺条件下所制得的产品为白色粉末状固体,所得季戊四醇双缩醛或酮的产率在83%以上。通过元素分析、红外谱图、熔点和1HNMR对产品进行了物性和结构表征。By using paratoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, pentaerythritol diacetal and Pentaerythritol diketal are synthesized from pentaerythritol, aldehyde and ketone. The influences of material ratio, the catalyst species and the water-carrying agent on the yield were investigated. The optimal condition was obtained as follows, the mole ratio between pentaerythritol and benzaldehyde is 1.0 - 2.2, the catalyst is paratoluenesulfonic acid, the quantity of catalyst is O. 4 g, and the water-carrying agent is benzol. The product was solid white powder under the optimal reaction con ditions, whose melting point was 157-158℃ and the yield was about 92.5%. Bisides, the prod uet was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, melting point determination and ^1 HNMR.
