影响中国人均碳排放的因素分析

摘　　要：全球气候变暖对地球生态和人类生活构成严重的威胁,成为各国政府和人民共同关注的问题。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,如何找到一条适合中国自己的低碳经济发展道路,是当今面临的重要问题。笔者首先由低碳经济的研究背景和意义为切入点,介绍了当前严峻的气候形势,描述了我国二氧化碳排放的主要特征,建立了我国二氧化碳排放量影响因素的模型,系统分析了这些因素对我国人均二氧化碳排放量的影响。最后得出,我国近年来的人均碳排放量的增长主要是由于我国经济的高速增长引起的,而能源消费结构和产业结构的改善和能源效率水平的提高可以在很大程度上降低由经济增长带来的碳排放。Global warming has posed a serious threat to the earth ecosystem and human life, and how to deal with global warming has become a global issue. It is a great challenge for China to develop low carbon economy with Chinese characteristics. In this article, the research back-ground and significance of low carbon economy was introduced first, and then the current climatic situation and carbon emission in China were described, at last a carbon dioxide emission factor model was established and the influences of these factors on carbon dioxide emission were systematically analyzed. The conclusion is that our country＇s rapid economic growth has played a crucial role in carbon dioxide emission, the readjustment of energy consumption structure and industrial structure as well as improving energy efficiency can obviously decrease carbon emissions.
