摘  要:大位移水平井由于水平段长、垂深浅、水垂比大、套管加压能力有限,易因为粘卡造成套管不能顺利下到位,给固井作业带来了困难。预测了大位移水平井采用常规下套管工艺的摩阻载荷,分析了漂浮下套管的技术原理与优势,计算了漂浮接箍安放在井深不同位置处的摩阻载荷,对摩阻载荷随井深的变化趋势进行了分析,结果表明,运用漂浮下套管技术能够保证大位移水平井套管的安全下入,漂浮接箍的初始安放位置选择在临界阻力角处,且经过优化分析,当漂浮接箍安放在最优化井深处时,摩阻载荷最小,漂浮下套管的技术优势得到了最大程度的发挥。Differential casing sticking tend to occur during running casing string into an extended reach well due to its long horizontal hole section, shallow vertical depth, large displacement-vertical ratio, limited casing string weight along its axis. The casing drag while using conventional casing running technology was predicted, the theory and advantage of casing floating running technology was analyzed and the friction resistance when float coupling set in the different place were calculated. Results show that the casing floating running technology allows us to run the casing safely in the super long horizontal well, the initial setting place of float coupling choice is critical resistance angle, and after analysis, when float coupling is set in the optimized well depth, the friction resistance is minimum, the advantage of casing floating running is maximum.
