摘  要:雅克拉凝析气田油气井在钻进过程中存在φ444.5mm井眼携岩困难及造壁差的问题、φ311.1mm井眼携岩不好及易阻卡的问题、φ215.9mm井眼卡普沙良群地层井眼稳定性差及油气层保护的问题。通过室内试验优选了钻井液体系和配方,并针对不同井段技术难点制定了相应的钻井液工艺技术措施。在S15井、YK1井、YK2井和YK3井等的应用表明,采用优选出的钻井液,采取制定的技术措施解决了该区块大井眼携岩洗井、缩径阻卡、石膏层污染和井眼掉块坍塌等问题,达到了优快钻井和保护油气层的目的。Downhole problems occurred during drilling Yakela condensate gas field include difficulty in cuttings transportation and weak mudding in Ф444.5mm hole section, severe cuttings transportation problem and pipe sticking in Ф311.1mm hole section, pipe stuck and wellbore stability in O215.9mm hole section, as well as reservoir damage, etc. On the basis of lab tests, drilling fluids are optimized and corresponding drilling fluid maintenances are established according to various hole section. Applications in wells of S15, YK1, YK2, and YK3 indicate that the drilling fluid and measurements solved technical challenges of cutting transportation, tight hole, pollutions from gypsum formations, and wellbore sloughing and the drilling speed is improved and reservoirs are protected.
