摘  要:为了解决有杆泵抽油井杆管偏磨及提高稠油井、高油气比井和大斜度井泵效的问题,研制开发了XJFB型防偏磨抽油泵。该泵采用机械阀和双柱塞的结构,柱塞与抽油杆柱不直接连接,游动阀为机械开启方式,抽油杆柱始终在拉应力状态下工作。在临盘油田65口井的现场应用表明,XJFB型防偏磨抽油泵,能防止抽油杆柱发生弯曲失稳及由抽油杆受压弯曲造成的杆管偏磨,有效解决了稠油井、高油气比井和大斜度井凡尔开关滞后的问题,提高了泵效。The XJFB oil pump was developed in order to prevent from eccentric worn of rod string and to improve pump efficiency in high gas-oil ratio and high deviated wells. The pump has mechanical valve and double plunger. The plunger traveling valve opens mechanically and the sucker rod string always works under tensile stress. In-situ applications show that the pump rod string is always under tensile stress which prevents from buckling and eccentric worn. The delay of valve switch associated with heavy oil, high gas-oil ratio and high deviated wells is solved. The pumping efficiency is improved.
