摘  要:沥青胶浆是浇注式沥青混合料的重要组成部分,主要成分为沥青和矿粉。选用了5种粉胶比,通过浇注式沥青胶浆试验,研究了不同粉胶比的浇注式沥青胶浆的高低温性能变化规律。试验结果显示:提高粉胶比可以显著提高浇注式沥青胶浆的高温稳定性,而降低粉胶比可以提高浇注式沥青胶浆的低温抗裂性,采用合理的粉胶比则可以保证浇注式沥青胶浆高温性能与低温性能的平衡。考虑沥青与矿粉交互作用,可以认为浇注式沥青胶浆不同粉胶比下沥青与矿粉交互作用模式不同。Asphalt mortar is an important component of gussasphalt mixture, a mixture of asphalt and mineral filler. Five filler asphalt ratios are used. The high and low temperature performance changes of gussasphalt mortars with different filler asphalt ratios are investigated using an asphalt mortar test. The results show that the higher filler-asphalt ratio could improve the high-temperature stability of gussasphalt mortar remarkably, while the lower filler-asphalt ratio could improve its low-temperature anti cracking performance. A suitable filler-asphalt ratio therefore could balance the high and low-temperature performance of gussasphalt mortar. It is concluded that the interaction mode between asphalt and mineral filler varies with the filler-asphalt ratio of gussasphalt mortar.
