经阴道超声在宫腔内残留物鉴别诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用经阴道超声检查对于宫腔内残留物的鉴别诊断价值。方法对78例流产后阴道流血>2周、阴道超声检查发现宫内异常回声团的病人,根据病理结果分为绒毛组织、变性的绒毛组织和蜕膜组织3组,对声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果3组残留物的回声、彩色血流差异显著,频谱多普勒无明显差异。结论经阴道超声对早孕流产后的宫内残留物可以做出比较明确的诊断,具有鉴别诊断意义。Objective To explore the diagnostic value for detecting intrauterine residue with transvaginal color doppler flow imaging. Methods Seventy - eight patients with abnomal echo in uterus after abortion and bleeding more than two weeks were divided into three groups according to pathological report（placenta tissue, metamorphic placenta tissue, decidua tissue）, we analysed and summarized the sonographic information. Results There were significant differences in echo and color flow, not in doppler spectral imaging. Conclusion Transvaginal Color Doppler Flow Imaging can make the quite explicit diagnosis for residue after abortion, it might have the distinct diagnosis significance.
