摘 要:目的调查山东微山和东平湖区不同生境中传病媒介蚊虫群落分布,为蚊虫防治提供依据。方法在滨湖区的湖泊、稻田、村庄三种蚊虫生境里分别设立监测点,用幼虫勺采集不同水质蚊蚴,半定量法记录其密度;采用人帐诱蚊法通宵捕蚊,分类记录所捕的全年成蚊数量。结果湖泊和稻田均是中华按蚊和三带喙库蚊的主要孳生地,淡色库蚊主要孳生于村庄里的积水;中华按蚊、三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊在湖泊监测点构成比为24.47%、63.15%、9.00%,在稻田为15.55%、74.82%、9.64%,在村庄为3.25%、13.48%、82.12%。结论滨湖不同生境主要蚊媒种群分布不同;蚊媒防治应采用与生境相适应的措施,才能取得良好的效果。Objective To investigate community distribution of important mosquito vectors in different habitats of lakefront and provide the basis for mosquito control. Methods In lake region,survey sites were fixed in three types of mosquito habitats: lake, paddyfield, village. Mosquito larvae were collected from the water bodies with larvae spoon and its densities were recorded by semi-quantitative method. Adult mosquitoes were trapped by human-bait net overnight and identified before recorded the annual number. Results The predominant breeding habitats for Anopheles sinensis and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were lakes and paddy fields and for Culex pipiens pallens were in villages. The species composition of adult mosquitoes of An. sinensis,Cx, tritaeniorhynchus,Cx, pipiens pallens were 24.47%,63.15%,9.00% in study site at the lake; 15.55%, 74.82%,9.64% in paddyfield; 3.25%, 13.48%, 82.12% in the village, respectively. Conclusion There were differences in the distribution of important mosquito populations from different habitats of lakefront. To obtain good results, measures about the mosquito control fitting with habitats should be adopted.
