摘　　要：目的研究超排及妊娠对CD4+CD25+Treg、CTLA-4(CD152)的影响,并比较妊娠结局CD4+CD25+Treg细胞及CTLA-4(CD152)水平。方法采用流式细胞仪检测对照组卵泡期、黄体期及研究组卵泡期、黄体期、HCG日CD4+CD25+Treg/CD4+、CTLA-4(CD152)/CD4+百分数,并检测研究组不同妊娠结局CD4+CD25+Treg/CD4+百分数。结果对照组与研究组的卵泡期CD4+CD25+/CD4+百分数比较,其差异无统计学意义。对照组与研究组黄卵泡期CD4+CD25+CD152+/CD4+CD25+百分数之间相比较,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组卵泡期与HCGCD4+CD25+CD152+/CD4+CD25+百分数之间比较,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未妊娠组与生化妊娠组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床妊娠组与生化妊娠组相比较(P>0.05),其差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床妊娠组卵泡期、黄体期的百分数明显升高。E2与CD4+CD25+/CD4+之间并无相关关系。生化妊娠与临床妊娠的CD4+CD25+/CD4+作回归关系分析二者之间存在相关关系。结论①超排中多个卵泡同步发育所致的高雌孕激素水在无外来抗原植入的情况下不能刺激CD4+CD25+Treg的增殖及CTLA-4(CD152)表达增高。②妊娠外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞数量上的高低与妊娠结局有相关关系,CD4+CD25+Treg细胞在妊娠免役耐受中有重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of controlled superovulation and pregnancy on expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg cell and CTLA-4 （CD152）. Methods Venous blood samples were collected from pateints in observation and control groups and detected by flow cyometer FACS S Lalibnr with procedure of FCM. The levels of percentage of CD4^＋CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg;CTLA-4 （CD152）were analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant differences in the percentage of CD4^＋ CD25^＋Treg of follicular phase peripheral blood between the two groups and so does the percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg / CD4^＋ But the percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg / CD4^＋ was significantly increased in the clinical pregnancy group compared to the chemical ones. Direct linear relationship of level of E2 with that of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg / CD4^＋ was not observed, but linear regression analysis showed that ther level in those of clinical pregnancy was correlated with those in chemical pregnancy group. Conclusion The high level of hormones caused by COH can not enhance the proliferation of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg;cell and the express of CTLA-4（CD152）.The number of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg cell in peripheral blood of early pregnancy is associated with pregnancy outcome; CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg contributes greatly to the pregnancy tolerance.
