山茱萸多糖铁的制备及其理化性质的初步研究

摘  要:目的研究山茱萸多糖铁(COC)的制备及其理化性质。方法采用水煮醇沉法制备山茱萸多糖;在碱性条件下,山茱萸多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应制备COC;测定COC的一般理化性质。结果所形成的配合物COC为褐色无定型粉末,易溶于水,在pH3-12较稳定,在水溶液中不存在游离的铁(Ⅲ),易被抗坏血酸还原。结论COC有望开发成为口服补铁剂。Objective To prepare comus polysaccharides-Fe (Ⅲ)complex (COC)and study its physico-chemical characteristic. Methods Comus polysaccharides was extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol, and it was used to prepare COC with FeCl3 under the alkaline condition, and the physico-chemical characteristics were determined. Results COC was brownish and shapeless powder. It was able to dissolve in water, and was stable at pH3 to pill2. Fe (Ⅲ) in COC could be reduced to Fe (Ⅱ) by ascorbic acid. Conclusion COC is expected to be a better iron-supplementary agent.
