摘　　要：从医院高层病房楼建筑和内部人员行为特点出发,对其建筑结构特点、火灾危险性进行分析,并结合具体设计实例,对防火分区设置、安全疏散形式、灭火系统选用、消防泵房设置等进行概述性介绍,针对相关规范中未明确规定的部分,提出了高层病房楼安全疏散和避难设计对策。The structure features and fire risk of high-rise sickroom building were analyzed. The fire compartment, evacuation, extinguishing system, fire pumps room were introduced based on an example. Methods for evacuation and refuge design of high-rise sickroom building were put forward With regard to the parts which are not fixed in the fire codes.
