板形辊在铝箔板形控制中的应用

摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展和普及,板型辊在铝箔轧制领域的应用越来越成熟。本文以奥钢联(VAI)公司空气轴承式板形辊为例,介绍板形辊在铝箔生产中的应用,对其内部结构和工作原理等方面进行了简要的分析。以提高大家对板形辊的认识。With development and popularity of computer technology, the application of shapemeter roller is more and more mature in aluminum foil rolling.In this paper,take air-bearing shapemeter roller of VAI company as an example,introduced the application of shapemeter roll in aluminum production,conducted a brief analysis of its internal structure and working principle.Enhance the understanding of shapemeter roll.
