公共建筑全寿命周期资金成本控制应注意的问题

摘　　要：文章从全寿命周期成本分析的角度说明公共建筑项目中应注意的问题。公共建筑的寿命周期资金成本由初始建造成本、能耗成本、运行管理成本组成。统筹考虑建设、能耗和运营成本,实现公共建筑项目全寿命周期成本最优;坚持量力而行,立足国情和当地实际发展水平,合理确定大型公共建筑的数量、规模和标准。The article introduces the problem that should be considered of the public building projects from analyzing the perspective of life-cycle cost.Public building life-cycle costs is constituted of the initial construction costs,consuming costs,operating cost.Considering all these Factors,it is necessary to fix reasonably number,scale and standards of public buildings to achieve the lowest cost based on the actual development of national and local levels.
