男男同性恋人群艾滋病、性病感染状况研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解男男同性恋(MSM)人群艾滋病和性病的感染状况,为实施干预措施提供依据。[方法]对2008年4～5月调查的450例MSM进行HIV、HBV、HCV和梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体检测。[结果]MSM的总感染率为31.3%(141/450),其中HIV阳性39例(8.7%),HBsAg阳性38例(8.4%),HCV阳性11例(2.4%),TP阳性53例(11.8%)。[结论]本地MSM人群中HIV和性病感染状况不容乐观,应尽早采取预防和干预措施。[Objective] To investigate the prevalence of HIV and sex transmitted diseases （STDs） in MSM （man who have sex with man） for the disease control and prevention. [ Methods] Antibodies of HIV, HBV, HCV and syphilis（TP） in 450 MSM were detected in April and May in 2008. [Results] The MSM infection rate was 31.3% （141/ 450）, among them 39 with HIV positive （8.7%）,38 with HBsAg positive （8.4%）, 11 with HCV positive （2.4%） and 53 with TP positive （11.8%）. [Conclusion] In Shenyang city, the HIV and STDs infection status in MSM is not optimistic. Prevention and intervention measure should be taken as soon as posiible.
