高校报刊阅览室违规现象治理对策刍议——以怀化学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：概述了高校报刊阅览室存在的一些主要违规现象及其成因,并提出了一些行之有效的治理对策。Reading room is the place where magazines are collected, as well as an important source for readers to get information. Reading room in colleges is not only rich in information but also a key origin for college students to acquire knowledge. The thesis first explores the anti - regulations existing in reading rooms of colleges and then analyzes the reasons. Finally effective measures are put forward to deal with the problem.
