新建本科院校科学发展问题的若干思考

摘　　要：开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动是新建本科院校实现新一轮发展的重大机遇,也是新建本科院校在发展上由"快"向"好"转变、"同质"向"特色"跨越、"外部推动"向"内部能动"转换的内在需求;必须以此为契机,正确处理机遇与挑战、内涵与外延、重点与一般、继承与创新、改革发展与稳定等关系,围绕科学发展上水平这一核心,创新人才培养模式,加强队伍建设,狠抓学科建设,积极服务地方,推进国际交流与合作,提高管理水平,努力实现各项事业又好又快科学发展。This paper stated that a thorough learning and practicing of ＂the Scientific outlook on Development＂ is a huge opportunity for a new phase of development of newly-established universities,which is also the internal demands of its change of developing modes from quickness to good quality,homogeneousness to specialty,external motivating to internal motivating. Taking this chance,it is urgent to cope with the relations between opportunity and challenges,connotation and extension,routine and emphasis,succession and innovation, reform and stability. Centering upgrading development, it is also necessary to innovate new modes for talents cultivating and strengthen team foundation and discipline construction,to serve the local economy positively,to enhance international exchange and cooperation, to increase the management level and finally to realize a fast but good development of all works.
