摘　　要：卢沟桥事变后日本树立了伪蒙疆政权,为了掠夺该地区丰富的畜产资源,实行畜产统制政策。即对畜产品的收购、对外输出、价格、加工等方面由政府统一控制,实行强制性的政府指导、控制措施。为此成立了政府监督指导下的一系列畜产统制收购机关,1939年2月设立的蒙疆畜产股份有限公司是其中之一。该公司主要从事家畜、畜产物的买卖及输出输入;经营家畜收容所;经营屠宰场以及进行肉类的配给、加工,同时承担其它畜产物的加工处理;经营干草及其它饲料;从事有关畜产方面的金融和投资等业务。在畜产资源提供方面为日本的战争经济服务。After the Lugou Bridge Incident, Japanese occupied Inner Mongolia. To seize the resource of livestock product, they carried out the policy of controlling livestock product. Government arbitrarily controlled the purchase, output, price and processing of livestock product. In order to achieve the aim, many organizations were founded, one of which was the Mongolia livestock product corporation limited, opened in February, 1939. The business activities of this corporation involved the trade of livestock and livestock product, the management of the livestock barn and slaughterhouse, the gathering and processing of livestock meat, hey and other feedingstuff, the finance and investment concerning the livestock product, etc. All business activities aimed at providing enough livestock products and resource that would be needed in the Japanses aggressive war.
